		report of the meeting of this Committee of the 14th inst.,

A. Leather 		It was agreed to offer this man
		£3/10/- per week & tenancy of his cottage & rent free,
		to become groundsman of the Bellefield estate,
		from the date we take over the lease, & in line
		with the date he would be free to undertake
		the duties involved.
