Cuff re Letter of the 21st inst., from Mr. Cuff was read in Proxies A. G. M. which he reaffirmed his decision as contained in his letter of 194 August, but stated that he was prepared to consider inter- rogatories put in writing by the Chairman. Decided that Secy. should inform Mr. Cuff was that these queries were the affair of the Board & not the Chairman's prerogative. Ford (Swansea) Mr. E. Green gave an excellent report of this young centre forward, who had a good scoring record, & good control. He was probably better than Catterick. Decided that Mr. J. R. Thomson enquire into his character &c., & that he seen again. Ardron (R'ham) Mr. W. Laine was impressed with this C. F. 194 Gibson (Clyde) Mr. J. R. Thomson gave a fair report of this F. B.
