read & confirmed.

Auditors Reported that Mr. Bowler had advised
189 us that nothing could be determined yet as to the
figure which would be affected by E. P. Tax, &
noted that Secy. would bring the matter forward
later.
Oakes Messrs Gibbins, Green & Secy. reported their
188 recent visit to Dumfries & it was noted that the
Club said they had had a better offer.
Varty (Darlington) Mr. W. Laine gave a good report of this left
190 wing forward who was 22, 5' 6", sturdy, speedy & clever.

Allen (P. V.) & Craig (Marine) Mr. E. Copper did not recommend either of
these O. R.'s.
Jones J. E. It was agreed to accept Sunderland F. C.'s
184 offer of £500 for this full back.
Team v Grimsby This was approved as suggested.
