read & confirmed.
Finance Receipts were reported:-

Gwladys St. Stand 179 Secy. reported Messrs A. K. Leitch,
& Ministry of Works' opinions that this stand might
be fully ready by August 1946.

Gillick & Caskie It was noted that Rangers F. C.
were prepared to pay the fee of £5,500 for this
double transfer.
Central League Letter read notify that Match
127 Players Fees were now £2.10.0 & that Match
Bonus of £1 win & 10/- draw, would become
operative as on & from Dec. 1st, 1945.
F. A. Letter (to It was agreed that we now state
Football League) our reasons, for proposing that 50% of Nett Gate of Full
International Match Receipts be allocated to the Football
League.
Secy. was instructed to suggest
that the opinions of all interested Clubs should
be obtained, before building up the case for presentation
to the Football Association.
