A. G. M. It was noted that Mr. W. C. Cuff's
Report of Sub Comee. letter of the 5th inst., debarred the use of
174 certain correspondence of the 17th & 23rd October
as between the Club & himself.
Therefore it was decided to proceed
with the circularisation of the Shareholders
with intended matter, as suggested by
the Company's Solicitor.
T. Lawton 175 Messrs Birrell & Budd of Chelsea
F. C. attended the meeting & after lengthy
discussion, it was unanimously agreed that the player be
transferred to Chelsea F. C. for £11,500.
Gillick & 175 Secy. reported semi-progress in
Caskie 175 his dealings with Rangers F. C. Decided to
leave this question over for a week, pending
further news.
