REPORT OF ESTATE COMMITTEE. June 7, 1945. Present:- Messrs G. Evans, J. P., (Chair), T. Percy, Wr. R. Williams, R. E. Searle, C. C., and Sec'y. GROUND STAFF. It was agreed to recommend the following additions to be made at an early date:- Joiner and Painter on a basis of 44 hour week, as pre- war. Groundsman & Jobber (H. Wright) at £4 per week. Secretary to be given power to offer £4.10.0 if necessary to ensure this man's services. Painter's Labourer at £4 per week. In addition, an assistant to be provided to the Housekeeper- Laundrywoman, when the playing recommences, at £1 per week. DIRECTORS BOX. It was agreed that consideration be given at an early date, to the modernisation of the seats and lay-out. SEASON TICKETS. The Committee recommend the re-institution of Members' Tickets for next Season, at a price which would leave the Company a nett figure of £2 per ticket. BLOCK F. The Committee did not recommend that this be reserved for the ordinary League matches for the coming Season, but that this be reconsidered for subsequent Seasons.
