Finance Receipt reported were:- Gate v Liverpool £2011.0.4 Cheques were signed for:- Customs & Excise Tax £761.3.5 L'pool F.C. Share Gate £601.11.9 Commrs. Inland Revenue (Income Tax a/c)£48.7.0 Bank Balance £22,930.6.0 Dr. T. G. Jones. Secy. reported this players trouble with his ankle, & it was agreed that it be impressed upon him, that we were willing to do all possible to ensure his ultimate fitness, but could not go beyond the ethics of our dealings with the Medical advisers. Match v L'pool Secy. reported the probable team available v Liverpool, which was approved. Extension of Season The playing season having been extended to May 26th it was noted that we would now be able to play Chester in the Lancashire Cup 1st Rnd., at home on March 3 & away on the 10th. Also confirmation was given to the arrangement made to play Liverpool in the return Semi Final of the L'pool F. A. Cup, at Anfield on Easter Monday. Secy. was instructed to arrange an attraction fixture for March 17th having in
