Arising from the Minutes, the Secretary
reported that Makin had signed as professional
& J. & T. Dunn had agreed to play for the Colts
on the 10th inst.

Match v L'pool Secy's suggested team was approved,
if it was available.
Players on Loan It was decided that when Club requested
the use of our players in matches against our own team,
the opinions of all available Directors should be
obtained before permission was given.
Hedley, Nth. Shields Secretary reported his visit to North
Shields & that this player had signed professional
for his Club. If Darlington F. C. (or the Football
League,) cancelled his registration as a player
of the former, the North Shields Club were prepared
