		   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
		Annual General Meeting of the Company will
		be held on FRIDAY, the 16th day of JUNE,
		1944, at 7-0 p.m. sharp, in The Law
		Association Rooms, Cook Street, Liverpool,
		to receive the Report of the Directors and
		the Balance Sheet and Accounts for the
		period ending 13th May, 1944, to elect 
		Directors and Auditors and for the trans-
		action of any other Business which may be
		transacted at the Ordinary General Meeting
		of the Company.
