were read & confirmed.

Lancs. F. A. Cup tie Secretary reported the facts following the
v Liverpool extended return game with L'pool on the 15th inst., &
the conflicting situation that had arisen.
It was agreed that, in view of the
interdict of the Football Association refusing
permission to play on Wednesday, the 19th inst., we do
not take part in this match, on that date.
Secy. was instructed to inform the
Liverpool Club of our decision.
Junior Grounds It was reported that Earle F. C. were
intending to resume playing as soon as possible &
would be prepared to consider a co-tenancy
of their ground.
The offer of a piece of land in
Skelmersdale of 8½ acres for £500 approx, was
considered & rejected.
W. Lowe Secy. reported that this player would
be having the plaster removed from his leg about
the commencement of May.
