O'Donnell (P. N. E.)	Reports of this player by Directors present
		at the match v P. N. E. were unanimously in his favor,
		but it was reported that the Club were not now
		prepared to part with him.

Irish players		Messrs E. Green, H. Hart & Secy. did not
		recommend any of Armstrong (L. B.), McNally (I. R.) or Cochran
		(O. R.) of Portadown, as being yet good enough for League
		football. Messrs Green & Hart strongly recommended Doherty,
		(R. H.) of Derry City.

S. L. Players		Mr. E. Green did not like Marsden (L. B.)
		of Bournemouth, but thought Dryden (O. L.) Bristol City,
		well worth seeing again. He had heard good reports
		of Chilcott (I. L.) Bristol City & Redwood (O. L.) Walsall.

Blackshaw (Oldham)	Mr. W. C. Gibbins thought this O. L. looked
		good & should be seen again. Milligan (L. H.) was good in
		defence but poor in construction. Barkas (I. L.) Halifax Town
		was very good indeed.

Prothers (Rochdale)	Mr. W. Laine gave a fairly good verdict
		of this O. L. who had played on the opposite wing.

Scottish players	Mr. R. R. Cochran gave an excellent report
		of Black, I. L. of Hearts, but a further poor report of
		McNee.

Robinson (Wedy.)	Secy. reported that the Club would
		part with this player for £9,500. No action taken.
