Minutes of Meeting of the 4th inst were read & confirmed. The Bank Balance was reported £21,475.5.9 Dr. Transfer of Shares Following transfer was approved:- Shares Nod. 100 & 2268 from Xors. Jas Griffiths to G. J. Dixon. Lancs. F.A. & Enter- Circular detailing Resolution of this body, asking tainment Tax for the strongest representations to be made to have football placed on the Schedule of Living Performers, was read & it was unanimously agreed that the Sec'y write to the Football Association, supporting the Lancashire F.A. Resolution. Cancelled Match v Sec'y reported that on Wedy., May 12th, Mr. Wolverhampton Wands. Rons had informed him that our proposed match for the 15th inst., must not take place, although a letter from that official dated Apl. 22nd & written to the L'pool County F.A. Secy., Mr. T. Robinson, had stated that any match could be played up to May 15th. It was considered that this involved us in a potential loss of at least £200 & the Sec'y was instructed to write to the Football League, drawing their attention to this vital matter, inferring that the Management Committee might act on this in the interests of all League Clubs. Yanks v Giants Sec'y detailed the good progress made with Red Cross Baseball Match the arrangements for this game on June 12th, Pitch off 3:15. A. G. M. F.A. & F.L. The date of these having been fixed for June Meetings in London 28th, the following expressed their intention to travel on Friday the 25th prox:- Messrs W. C. Gibbins, E. Green, G. Evans, R. E.
