Letter of apology for absence was read from Dr. C. S. Baxter & Sec'y was instructed to write, expressing the Board's good wishes for a speedy recovery. Minutes of Meeting of November 24, 1942 were read & confirmed. Finance Debit Bank Balance of £20,653.5.11 was reported. General Discussion The low position of the Club in the League was discussed & after hearing the Secretary's report of the reasons why we did not get the services of certain guest players & the efforts made each week to obtain our own best players, it was felt that there was little immediate chance of any change in the situation & that we continue to do the best possible with the players available & any good 'guests' whom we can get. Transfers of Shares Following transfers were approved:- Shares Nod. 470 to 484 from A. G. Richardson to R. R. Turnbull do 828 to 830 do Xise. Mary Revill, M. Young to A. E. Revell.
