were read & confirmed.

A. G. M's detailed the principal decisions of
these Meeting at Nottingham.
A. G. M. Lancs. Mr. Gibbins & Williams reported
F. A. on this, at which the Council had
expressed their regret at not having
notified the Club of the lifting of
certain eligibility restrictions for the
latter rounds of the Cup.
