read & confirmed.

Vacancies on Nominations of the following
Directorate were reported:-
Herbert Barker
Dr. Cedric Baxter
Albert N. Denaro
Richard E. Searle
Robert Richard Turnbull
Norman R. Gourley.
The Chairman reported on his inter-
views with the various candidates, & it was
agreed that the nominations of R. E. Searle
& R. R. Turnbull be supported along with
the retiring Director, Mr. W. C. Cuff. It was
felt that each of the other candidates would
withdraw, thus avoiding an election.
Prices of Owing to increased Entertainment Tax,
Admission it was agreed that the following prices of ad-
mission be charged from May 11th until the end
of the current season:-
Ground 10d plus 6d Tax
Goodison Rd. Stand 1/5' plus 10' Tax
Bullens Rd. Stand 2/5 plus 1/6' Tax.
