			[Minutes of Meeting held at Exchange
			Hotel, Tuesday, January 27, 1942.]

		Present:- Mr. W. C. Gibbins (Chair), A. Coffey, Dr. C. S. Baxter,
			W. R. Williams & Sec'y.

			Minutes of Meeting held on 22nd July, 1944,
		were read & confirmed.

Finance			Sec'y reported that the Bank Balance
		was a debit one of £23,677.19.1 which was
		an improvement of £50 on that with which we
		started the Financial Year.

R. Kinnell		This player's trial on Xmas Day was
(Dunfermline F.C.) reported & it was agreed that the Sec'y
		inform the Club that we would be interested
		in this player's future after the War.

217, Walton Lane	It was decided that this house be
		purchased for the price of £500.

Staff			Approval was granted of the Secretary's
		action in obtaining the services of H. Sadler as
		groundsman to replace S. Simmons who had
		joined the Royal Navy; at a wage of £2/10/- per week.

Transfers of Shares	Following were approved.
