255 Corps were considered, & it was decided to give full support to the F. A.'s appeal on behalf of the Central Council of Recreative Physical Training. Cup Insurance Sec'y. was instructed to insure the Lancashire Senior & the Liverpool Senior Cups. Chairman Mr. A. Coffey tendered his resignation owing to health & business reasons. This was unanimously accepted with extreme regret. Mr. W. C. Gibbins was unanimously appointed to the position. Next Meting Thursday, 11th July, 1940 at pm. Confirmed as Correct W. C.
