Minutes Minutes of Meeting of the 16th inst. were read & confirmed. F. A. & Mercer The findings of the F. A. Commission appointed to meet at Crewe on the 22nd inst. were reported as per printed copy inserted opposite. Chairman Mr. A. Coffey was unanimously elected Chairman. Quorum Owing to the reduction in the number of Directors available for attendance at Meetings, the quorum was reduced to three. Vote of Thanks On the propositions of Dr. C. S. Baxter seconded by Mr. W. R. Williams, a vote of thanks was according to Mr. E. Green for his services as Chairman. Reference was made to the apparent animus displayed in the severity of the sentence imposed on him, against which there was no power to appeal. Confirmed as correct. A. Coffey Chairman.
