J. Caskie It was agreed that we ask permission to
play this player's Removal Xcs.
Pensions It was also agreed that from December 1st
the pensions to J. Fare & J. Elliott be £2 & £1/10/- respectively
during the Board's pleasure.
Lancs Cup Chairman's reported that arrangements had
been made to play the 2nd Round Tie v Blackburn Rovers (a)
on Dec. 16th & it was left to the Sec'y. to endeavour
to have the venue changed. The provisional fixture with
Bolton Wanderers had been cancelled.
F. A. XI v Welsh XI The release of Lawton & Mercer for this
match on the 18th inst. was granted.
Collection A. letter was read requesting permission
to collect on behalf of the Daily Dispatch War Fund.
It was agreed that we do not grant this request,
but collections for War Fund purposes.

War Fund International It was agreed that the Refreshments Xpenses
for the match on the 4th inst., be paid by this Club.
Office Boy The question of extra assistance in the
Office was discussed & it was agreed that K. G. Howard be
offered 10/- per week, whilst not engaged elsewhere . The
Board decided also, that the Sec'y should be re-im
bursed for payments already made to this youth.
