The latter had spoken very well & ably. Special reference was made to the refusal of the Clubs to accept the 4 up & 4 down pro- posal, & to the numbering of players in F. L. & C. L. matches. Morton Sec'y. reported the signing of this player by Burnley F. C. at a fee of £250. It was agreed that we apply for permission to grant the player £200 as accrued Share of Benefit.
