Minutes of Meeting of the 25th Apl. were
read & confirmed.
Linfield F. C. Secy. reported that he had obtained a
minimum guarantee of £150 for the match v this Club.
Nominations for Directorate In accordance with Clause 3a of the
Articles of Association, nominations were reported
as follows:- Mr. A. N. Denaro, proposed by Mr. A. Lomax,
seconded by W. Morris: Mr. V. G. Winfield proposed by
Mr. W. Morris, seconded by E. B. Harrop.
A Resolution that Alderman A. Gates
be supported at the forthcoming election, & that a
circular to this effect, with necessary proxies en-
closed, be issued to every Shareholder, was car-
ried.
Secy. was instructed to carry out
all the necessary arrangements.
