Wolves v Grimsby			It was agreed that the 1st team players
		be taken to witness this match.

Caskie (St. Johnstone)			Mr. H. Hart gave an excellent report
		of this player as O. R. or O. L. & it was agreed that the Secretary
		go to Perth as soon as possible, to endeavour to obtain his
		signature at reasonable terms.

Ellwood (N'ton)				Mr. E. Burgon gave a good report of
		this I. L. & also strongly recommended Paton I. R. of Bourne-
		mouth.

Jones (B'ham)				Mr. E. Cooper gave an excellent report
		of this C. F.

Young & Washington			Mr. T. Fleetwood & W. Laine gave fav-
		ourable verdicts of this O. L. & G. of Bishop Auckland.

Gibbon, Coffey				Mr. R. R. Cochran turned down any
(Bellshill)	possibilities in this player.

S. Simmons				The employment of this lad on the
		ground staff at 25/- per week, was confirmed.

Halifax Town F. C.			It was agreed to send a team to
		play in E. Craig's Benefit Match.

W. Laine				This employee's letter to the Directors
		was read & noted.

Rotterdam F. C.				Secy. reported this Clubs acceptance
		of our terms of £300 for one match in May.

Air Travel				It was reported that the players
		were agreeable to the idea of flying form Grimsby to
		Berlin for the German Tour.

Letters of Thanks			These were read from L'pool F. C., &
		F. A.'s of Wales & Ireland.

Donations				Two Guineas was granted to the
		Clarence Junior F. L. & Five Guineas to Lord Baldwin's Fund
		for Refugees.

Use of Ground				This was granted to L'pool Alliance
		F. L. & L. V. O. C. A but not to George Whitley.
