Kelly gave good reports of Morris (O. L.) of Ashford, aged 18; & Brown (I. R.) of Folkestone, aged 19, 5'9½" & 11st, but a poor verdict about Ghost (C. H.) of Southend. Injury to Barber Sec'y was instructed to report referee S. Swift of Wigan, to the F.A., for his failure to inspect the boots of a Skelmersdale player, when requested. F.A. Cup, 3rd Rnd.
