After the poll had been concluded, the Chairman declared the Resolution carried by the required majority, & in response to a request gave the polling figures as 347 for the Resolution & 115 against (See insert). Mr. A. Riley proposed & Mr. V. G. Winfield seconded a Vote of Thanks to the Chairman. This was put to the Meeting & passed. The Chairman thanked the Share- holders & the Meeting them closed.
