We, the undersigned, being the Scrutineers appointed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company held at The Law Association Rooms, 14 Cook Street, Liverpool, on Friday, the 12th day of August 1938 on the following Special Resolution namely - "That the Articles of Association be altered "in manner following - "The following Article shall be substituted "for Article 7 - "7.
