There thus being no contest the
Chairman formally declared Messrs W. C. Gibbins,
G. Evans & W. R. Williams elected for 3 years.
Mr. W. C. Gibbins thanked the Shareholders
on behalf of Mr. G. Evans & himself for their renewed
confidence & promised future service as in the past.
Mr. W. R. Williams in adding his thanks
stated that his nomination meant no degree of dis-
paragement to the retiring Directors & that he would
not permit himself to be actuated by any acrimony.
