of the A. G. M's of the Football Association, Football
League & Central League.
Special mention was made of Lord
Derby's reply to the Toast of the Guests at the
Football League Jubilee Banquet, proposed by Mr.
W. C. Cuff, - wherein the Earl referred to his grat-
itude to our Board for the assistance rendered
upon the occasion of the Royal Visit of 19th
May, to Liverpool.
Glasgow Exhibition (104) Messrs W. C. Gibbins & G. Evans reported upon
the result of the match v Rangers 2-0.
Legal Position re The Chairman gave his finding to the
Company's Act Board regarding Table "A" of Company's Act as
applied to our Company, whereby we were
still governed by the said Table "A" of the 1862
Act, according to our Articles of Association.
Asquith (Barnsley) Secy. reported that the Club required
£6,000 for this player's transfer. No action taken.
