Finance Meeting of the 5th inst., were read & confirmed.

Milligan (Oldham) Reports by Messrs Green, Coffey, Gibbins, Evans
& Secy., on this L. H. were mainly favorable & it was
agreed that Messrs Coffey, Gibbins & Secy. proceed to
Oldham & endeavour to secure his transfer up to a fee of £3,000.
Should any further power be required, the other members
of the Board to be contacted.
Foster (Crewe) Mr. H. Hart reported that this player had
done well although on the light side, being 10½ st & 5' 9".
If Young, he thought he would be a good proposition.
W. Smith (Gateshead) Mr. J. Fare could not recommend this
forward.
Coyne (Rochdale) Mr. A. J. Tucker gave an excellent report of
this amateur O. L. who was 17, 5' 8" & 10st 10.
Bacuzzi (Fulham) Mr. J. H. Ford gave a very good report of this
young full-back.
F. L. Meeting Mr. G. Evans gave a full report of this
