Ireland v Wales Messrs A. Coffey, W. C. Gibbins & G. Evans report-
ed upon this match wherein Cook, Stevenson & T. G. Jones
had shewn up well.
Tagg (Crewe) Mr. G. Evans gave a very good report of this
player who was 18. He was an apprentice electrician.
Scott (Brentford) Mr. H. Hart gave a very moderate report of
this I. F.
Robinson (Wedy.) Mr. J. Fare said that this player had been very
disappointing, but that Asquith (I. L.) of Barnsley, had
been great & would be an acquisition.
McKennan (Partick) Letter read that the player was not for transfer.
McIntyre (Hibs) Mr. R. R. Cochran stated this player was
promising.
Enquiry re players Barnsley F. C. having enquired re Davies J. W.
Secy. was instructed to inform them that we would consider
his transfer.
Chairman reported that Stockport
County F. C. had taken no further action after they had
learned that we required £2,500 for Gee & Dougal.
