£5. to the Haydock Athletic F. C. re J. Davies.
Lavett P. Decided that an offer be made to
this player of £2 per week, as a professional.
Use of Ground This was granted to the Liverpool
Shipping League.
Transfer of Shares Following transfer were approved:-
Shares Nod. 2002 to 2004 from O. A. McNicoll to R. R. Turnbull
do 2082 to 2084 do H. M. Clayton to A. Gates.
Players on Transfer Lists were read from Chesterfield,
Manchester Utd. & City, Plymouth Argyle & Southend Utd. F. C's.
Boyes (W. B. A.) Secy. reported that the Club were
asking £6,500 for this player, & it was agreed that
Messrs Dr. C. S. Baxter, Evans, Percy & Turnbull, see the player
on Saturday next, & have powers to negotiate for his
transfer up to the figure stated, if satisfied with his ability.
Wyles (Peterboro) Secy. reported upon the position re-
garding this player & it was agreed that we pay the
Club £150 down & a further £200 if the player be re-engaged
for next Season. Wages offered to be £4 per week.
