Bank Overdraft It was resolved that the memorandum of Deposit of the undermentioned security in favour of the Midland Bank Limited for the purpose of securing any overdraft of the Company's account, read at this Meeting, be approved & that the same be signed on behalf of the Company by Two Directors & the Secretary:- £7500 (Seven thousand, Five hundred pounds)
