G. E. Sanders (67) Secy. reported the signing on of this player
at £4 per week. Confirmation was given & it was de-
cided that a Signing on Bonus of £5 be granted to
him. The Secy. detailed his interviews with W. R. Dean
& the player & it was agreed that the Chairman
speak to Dean regarding his part in the negot-
iations with Sanders.

Hornby (Burnley) Mr. H. Hart gave a very good report of this
O. L. who was very small. He thought he might be a
shirker & would like to see him playing away from home.
Wyles (Peterboro.) Mr. J. Fare gave an excellent report of
this H. B. He was 18, 5'9" & 11st, plucky, & in style
very like unto Brown, our right half of 10 years ago.
McIntosh (Wolves) Mr. R. Rogers gave a poor report of this I. R.
He reported well of Rooney (I. L.) & Secy. stated that
the Club would consider an offer for an inside
forward other than Bryn Jones.
McNee (Hamilton) Mr. R. R. Cochran gave a poor report of this O. L.
Leighton (Newcastle) Mr. W. Laine was rather favorable in his
opinion of this I. R. who had played at R. H.
Halifax Town F. C. Confirmation was granted to the
