inst., were read & confirmed.
J. Sharp Sec'y reported the serious illness of
this Director & was instructed to convey to his
family, the good wishes of his Co-Directors
for his speedy recovery.

Greenhalgh (N. B.) Messrs E. Green, W. C. Gibbins, G. Evans & H. Hart
reported very well of this F. B. & it was agreed that
the Chairman negotiate the transfer, with powers to
£3,000.
