Minutes of Meeting held on the 14th
inst., & Finance Meeting of the 16th inst., were read & confirmed.
Finance Receipts were reported:-

A cheque was signed:-

Results Reports were given of the matches:-
v Portsmouth 1-3; v Leeds Utd. Res. 5-1; v Earlestown Bohs. 1-1.
Officials Reports. Mr. T. P. McMurray; Dr. D. T. Davies & Trainer Cooke's
reports were presented to the Meeting.
Hall (Tottenham) Sec'y. reported his conversation with the
Club & it was agreed that the Chairman be empowered
with a margin of £2,000, to secure this players'
services in exchange for Cunliffe (Good report from E. Burgen)
Laidman Stockport County F. C. having asked for a
reconsideration of the price placed on this player,
it was agreed that the Secy. have powers to sell
him at £750 or a minimum of £500 & that the
player be offered £25 as Accrued Share of Benefit.
