Exeter City F. C. Letter read from this Club, promising to give
attention to J. Dunn's Transfer Fee at their meeting on 26th inst.
Staff Gratuities Decided that fortnights gratuities paid last year to H. Cooke,
J. Smith & E. Storey was not annual.
Report re Hughes Asst. Secy. reported his enquiries re this player,
Wherein Derby County F. C. had agreed to accept £550. It was
agreed to sign the player on, terms to be left in the hands
of the Chairman.
Sheffield Wedy. F. C. This Club having enquired, it was decided that
re Archer we offer them this player at £2500.
Pickering (S. Utd.) It was reported that Sheffield wanted £4000
clear for this player, but it was agreed that our offer be
restricted to £2000.
Practice Matches Confirmation received from L. C. F. A. for these
to take place on 17th & 21st August.
Programme Syndicate Request for 3 years contract to May 1938
not entertained, but agreed that a one year contract
be entered into until May 2nd 1936. {(40)}
F. A. Training School Decided that H. E. Cooke & A. Tucker attend
this Instructional Course in London from July 15th to July 18th.
Transfer of Shares Following Transfer was approved:-
Shares Nod. 1013 to 1015 from Wm. Jaquiss to Florrie Jaquiss.
Bootle C. C. Agreed to allow players to Participate in a
combined Everton L'pool fixture v this Club on August 7th & 8th.
Donations Donations were granted to Marine F. C. 10 Guineas,
& Chester & District League Two Guineas, but appeals from Wolver-
hampton Amateurs F. C. & L'pool Welsh Choral Union were not entertained.
Siddell & Kerrigan Decided to have these names an Agenda for
discussion at next Meeting, and also to consider the
addition of a Joiner to the staff.
