'A' Team Decided to augment by £10 the amount
granted for medals by the L'pool County Combination. After
confirming the fact that Marine F. C. wished to carry on the
arrangement re tenancy of their ground, it was agreed
that we continue as tenants there during Season 1935-6.
Donation Two Guineas granted to Sports Fund of
Junior Instruction Centre.
Practice Matches. 17th & 21st August was confirmed as
dates for these.
Players Training Decided that players return to training
on August 1st.
F. L. Minutes These were read particular attention
being drawn to the one relative to Major (Tranmere Rovers).
Lancs. Senior Cup Reported that we were drawn against
Manchester Utd. (a) in the 1st Round.
Everton Sd. Gala Agreed to permit players to take
part in Squadron Race on Sept. 25th.
Ridding & Turner Letters read from these ex-Tranmere &
ex Leeds Utd. players respectively, asking for engagements. No
action taken.
Players on Transfer G. Nicholson (R. H.) Bolton, £1500. No action taken.
Pickering (I. F.) Sheffield Utd. Decided to ask price.
Northern Midweek L'gue Invitation to join this League not
accepted.
British Sports & Games Allocation of our Donation to this Fund,
Fund was left to the discretion of Mr. W. C. Cuff.
