of the Company, be recommended.
Annual Meeting Reported that the Law Association Rooms, Cook
st. had been reserved for this to be held on Thursday, 13th June.
It was decided that the Auditors of the Company:-
1) Take control of admission to the Annual meeting & that they
be authorized to obtain any necessary assistance.
2) Despatch notice of the Meeting & copies of the Balance
Sheet & a/cs to the Shareholders.
Reports re Players Letter read from the Club that they were not dis-

Miller (Partick) Mr. W. C. Cuff reported that this player had been
with the Club for 7 years without receiving a benefit & that the
Club would accept £4000 & £650 as his benefit money. He
had notified them that we would consider this on the return of
the Scottish touring team from America.
Stirling (Stockton) Mr. W. Laine gave excellent report of this
C. F. & was instructed to make all enquiries regarding him.
Address to Players The Chairman gave the Board a brief
resume of his address on Friday last, which appeared to
have been received with due consideration.
Swiss Tour (9) The present position of these preliminaries
was detailed & it was decided to go on with the agreed
arrangements subject to the F. A's consent, this body to be
asked if they had any further news regarding the position
between Kreuzlingen F. C. & Oxford City F. C. (18)
Football Association Letter read acknowledging our suspension
of White & Cook for 14 days from 7th inst.
Players Signed Ass. Secy. reported the signing on of Caulter
Harmon & Lambert at terms offered & the Chairman's action
in signing on F. White at £3 per week Summer & Winter &
a signing on bonus of £10 was confirmed.
