[Meeting of Directors held at
Exchange Hotel Liverpool on
Thursday 2nd May, 1935]
Present:- Mr. W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors excepting
Mr. H. Banks.

White & Cook These players attended before the
Meeting & after due consideration had been given to
all the facts of their behaviour on the 27th Apl., the
following penalties were imposed:-
White. To apologise to Mrs. Roberts & to
suffer 14 days suspension from Tuesday, May 7th 1935.
Cook. To apologise to parties concerned,
to pay for repair of damage caused & to suffer 14
days suspension from Tuesday, May 7th 1935 to be
followed by a further period of 14 days from Tuesday, May 21st 1935.
Sagar Chairman reported his interview with the
player & after some general discussion it was agreed
that all the playing staff attend in the Board Room
at Goodison Park on Friday, the 3rd inst., where they
would be addressed by Mr. Cuff, supported by those
members of the Board who were able to attend.
It was further agreed that in future,
players should not be permitted to enter Directors Box
or Rooms during matches.
Annual Genl. Mtg. Decided that this be held on Thursday, 13th June.
F. A. & F. L. All Meeting The following Directors agreed to attend
these meetings, viz. Messrs W. C. Cuff, E. Green, A. Coffey
& W. C. Gibbins.
