[Meeting of Directors held at
Goodison Park on Wednesday
1st May, 1935.]
Present :- Mr. W. C. Cuff & all other Directors with
the exception of Messrs Coffey & Banks.
Mr. R. Cochran Mr. R. Cochran attended the Meeting
& after interview it was decided to appoint him
as Representative of the Club in Scotland, commencing
from date, at a salary of £208 per annum and
reasonable travelling expenses. This engagement to
be subject to one months notice on either side.
Team Change Dickinson being reported as doubtful,
agreed that Webster take his place v Leeds Utd. if necessary.
