		Present:- Mr. W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors excepting
			Mr. H. Banks.

Minutes			The Minutes of Meeting held on 16th inst.
		were read & confirmed.

Finance			The following receipts were reported:-
		Gate v Sheffield Wed'y Res.			£40.5.6

		  do   L'pool A					£47.2.5
		Wrexham Hospital	Repayment of Fees.	£2.2.0
		Share of Gate v Skelmersdale	G. Mahon Cup	£6.16.11
		Cheques were signed for the following:-
		Customs & Excise		Tax		£13.18.3
		Theo. Kelly			Wages & Res.	£400.0.0
		It was duly reported that a Cheque had been signed in
		midweek for Chelsea F. C. as Compensation for £7154.8.7
			Banks Balance £19344.18.5. Cr.

Reports of Matches	Reports were given of the matches:- v Blackburn 2-6,
		v Derby C. 1-4, v Derby City Res. (h) 3-0, (a) 2-1, Sheffield Wedy 3-1, v L'pool
		'A' 4-3, v Skelmersdale (S. F. G. Mahon Cup) 2-4, Mr. Green reported
		the delay in arrival at Blackburn, due to the fault of the Railway
		Co.

Dr. & Trainers Report	Dr. W. T. Davies & Trainer Cooke reported all
		players fit except Sagar, Cook, Coulter, & Jackson who was doubtful.

Dr. McMurray		Dr. T. P. McMurray reported his satisfactory
		findings re Cook & Coulter, but recommended that Sagar
		be operated upon immediately. Decided to act upon this advice.

Messrs Banks & McIntosh	Dr. C. S. Baxter reported Mr. Banks to be
		unchanged in condition, but that the Secy. was better in
		himself & much more cheerful. He was now at home.
