convey the Boards decision that these were not necessary
beyond those already arranged.
Match in Jersey Request from D. Murray that we send a
team to play in August, was not entertained.
Luton Town F. C. Mr. W. C. Cuff was appointed to represent
the Club at a Celebration Dinner on July 29th.
Ground Perspective (196) Mr. A. Leitch's suggestion that a new
perspective be obtained at a cost of Twelve Guineas was
considered. Decided to defer for the time being.
Donation (280) Request from Northern Nomads F. C.
was not entertained.

F. W. Lake Chairman read a letter that he
had received from this gentleman, anent the Vacancy
on the Directorate.
Goodison Rd. Stand (286) It was decided that the resolution of
10th June, (page 286) be rescinded & that we undertake
the necessary work, ourselves.
