Goodison Rd. Stand (286) Estimates for painting work were received
		from W. Clarkson £97.7.0, C. R. Harris £95.15.0 & J. & W. Wilson, Ltd.
		£77.0.0. It was decided that that of Messrs J. & W. Wilson be
		accepted.

Insurances		Secy. instructed to produce details of
		all Insurances at present effected by the Company.

F. A. Divisional Representative. (286) Agreed that we nominate Mr. H. H. Hughes
		for Division 3.

F. A. Representative Matches (286) Secy. instructed to offer the use of our
		ground for matches on 13th & 20th October, 1937.

J. Warnock (286)	It was agreed that this Boxer be
		permitted to use over Gymnasium for Training purposes.

P. Angus (286)		Decided, after the reading of a letter
		from Mr. W. Hogg of Blyth Spartans, to offer this full back
		a two months engagement at the commencement of
		next Season. He was 18, 5'11" & 12st.

Letter of Thanks	This read from Red Triangle Summer
		Camp Committee.

Office Boy (286)	Secy. was instructed to secure a
		suitable boy, giving Spicer, L'pool City, Schoolboys
		player, the first option.
