Scottish Players Mr. E. Green stated that Carabine (R. B.) was a
good player, with the physique of Steel (ex-L'pool) but
did not kick well & he would hesitate to recommend
him. Smith (L. H.) of Dundee, did not impress him &
Kinnaird (O. L.) of 3rd Lanark, was Troup like. He had
had a good 1st half but was out of it in the 2nd
Mr. R. R. Cochran reported well of the last named. He
also stated that Gillies (O. L.) Clyde had played poorly.
He was 18½, 5'4½" & about 10 st.
