Adey (Carlisle)		Mr. W. Laine was impressed with the
		usefulness of the L. B. who was 5'8½" & 12 st.

H. Morton	(247)	Confirmation was given to the signing of
		this player for £1100; Signing on Bonus of £10; maximum
		wages to May 7th 1938 & payment of removal expenses.

W. Edwards	(248)	Sec'y. reported this players desire to
		become wholly professional & was instructed to offer
		him £3 per week & rail fare to the end of the current season (254).

Breach of Discipline (247) Details were given of W. R. Dean's breach of
		training regulations & of his explanation thereof. This was
		considered unsatisfactory, & it was decided that any
		future complaints on this score would receive drastic
		treatment.

New Stand	(235)	Letter read & approved containing names
		of contractors suggested to  tender for the building works. (259)

Use of Ground		This was granted to L'pool Schoolboys
		for Mch. 31st in lieu of 27th inst., but the application
		of the Liverpool Alliance for 22nd April, was refused.
