Wolverhampton Players.	Both Messrs Hart & H. Lyon were strong
		in their praise of Clayton & Galley & the latter reported
		that Thompson had had a bad day on the occasion when
		he had watched him.

Port Vale Players	Mr. H. R. Pickering having watched this team
		v Stockport County was very much impressed by Obrey, C. H.

Payne (Luton T.)	Mr. W. Laine gave a very good report of this player
		& also a similar one of Graham (I. L.) of Bury. He was not
		too favorable in his regard for Leighton's ability.

McLean (Hibs.)		Mr. R. R. Cochran gave a very good report
		of this I. R. who was 18 & 5'10".

Finance re New Stand (233) It was agreed that any advance re-
		quired, due to this development, should be obtained from
		the Midland Bank Ltd. at their rate of 4%. It was
		estimated that the maximum amount of overdraft would
		not exceed £25,000. (250)

Danish Tour		A decision was arrived at, that
		a tour should be arranged. Secy. was instructed
		to consider costs of same & report to the Board. (238)

American Club		Decided that no consideration be
		given to entertaining a Pittsburgh, U. S. A. XI, during
		the forthcoming Season.

Film of Cup-Tie (226)	Permission was granted to the British
		Pictorial Productions Ltd. to take pictures of the match
		on the 20th inst.

Replay Date		Agreed that Tottenham Hotspurs sug-
		gestion of Monday, 22nd Feby., be accepted.

R. A. F. Posters	Permission was granted for the display
		of these at Goodison Park.

R. T. Wardhouse		Request from this ex-professional for a
		post as Scout was not entertained.

United Hospital Bill	It was agreed that we vote in favour
		of the amalgamation of the local hospitals, & Mr. T. Percy
		was deputed as representative at the necessary Meetings.
