Results Reports were given of the matches:-
v Liverpool 2-3; v Liverpool Res. 2-2; v Northern Nomads 9-1.
Officials Reports Dr. W. T. Davies & Trainer Cooke's reports were
heard.
Team Selection The team was chosen:-
v Sheffield Wed'y. (h) F. A. Cup 4th Rnd. 30th inst.
Sagar, Cook, Jones, Britton, Gee, Mercer, Gillick, Cunliffe,
Dean, Stevenson, Coulter, Res. White T.
Cup Tie Arrangements Chairman reported that Sheffield had agreed
to us playing in our own colours & that the day for replay
would be Thursday. It was agreed that the procedure of
the former round, with regard to ticket booking, be continued.
Payne (Luton) Messrs Cuff, Green, Evans & Percy were not
impressed with this player's showing at C. F.
Goulden & Morton (W. H. Utd.) Mr. W. C. Gibbins was very much impressed with
the form of this left wing pair.
Toll (Burnley) Mr. T. Fleetwood gave this 17 year old player a
very good report.
Singleton (Skem. Boys) Mr. H. R. Pickering reported his interview with
this boy's parents, & it was agreed that we could not
