		Present:- Messrs W. C. Cuff (Chair), E. Green. A. Coffey, W. C. Gibbins,
			J. Sharp, C. S. Baxter, G. Evans, T. Percy, & Secy.

			The Minutes of Meeting held on the 25th ult.,
		were read & confirmed.

Finance			Receipts reported were:-

		Gate v West Bromwich Albion	£52. 2.1
		 do v B. I. Social		£ 0.16.2
			A Cheque was signed for:-
		Theo. Kelly	Wages &c.	£300.0.0
			Bank Balance £4413.12.11 Cr.

Results			Reports were given of the matches:-
		v Chelsea 0-4, v The Army F.A. 6-3, v W. B. A. Res. 3-3, v B. I. Social 3-1.

Officials Reports	Dr. W. T. Davies & Trainer Cooke reported upon the
		physical condition of the men.

Blackburn Rovers F.C.	Mr. R. H. Taylor attended the Meeting & requested
		the transfer of Leyfield. It was decided not to part with
		this player at present, but it was suggested to Mr. Taylor
		that an exchange of the players Jackson & Gorman would be
		of mutual advantage to both Clubs. Mr. Taylor promised
		to let us know their decision re this suggestion.

Gurry (Chester)		Mr. H. Hart stated that this I. R. had played well
		in the 1st half but had done little during the 2nd.
