Catering		The question of Mr. W. H. McConnell's
		Catering Rights at Goodison Park was discussed &
		the following Resolution, drafted by the Chairman,
		was approved:-
			"That the exclusive privilege of supplying
		& selling refreshments- excepting sweets - at & upon
		the existing stalls & buffets belonging to the Everton
		Football Club on their premises at Goodison Park, Liverpool,
		for a term of six Seasons from 29th August, 1936 to
		2nd May, 1942, be offered to Mr. W. H. McConnell, at a
		rental of £140 per annum; such rental to be deemed as
		accruing from day to day; that on the determination of the
		privilege either by effluxion of time or from any other
		cause whatever, the said W. H. McConnell Will yield
