Programmes (157) Mr. E. A. Morton attended & requested that he should be given the Advertising & Sales Agency at Goodison Park. He gave full details of his commitments re Advertising & then left the meeting. (160) It was resolved that his suggestion be not accepted; that we offer to purchase the £250 worth of Advertisements already secured by him for Season 1936-7, for £83.6.8; that we give him £66.13.4 as an ex-gratia payment, & that we deduct therefrom the sum of £50, being the amount of his outstanding Liabiability to the Company.
