		& was informed by the Chairman of his Co-option to the
		Board.
			In thanking the Directors for the honour
		conferred on him, he expressed his pleasure & his
		Willingness to be of the fullest assistance at all times.

		Present:- Messrs W. C. Cuff, E. Green, A. Coffey & W. C. Gibbins.

Programmes	(157)	Mr. E. A. Morton attended & requested
		that he should be given the Advertising & Sales
		Agency at Goodison Park. He gave full details
		of his commitments re Advertising & then left the
		meeting. (160)
			It was resolved that his suggestion
		be not accepted; that we offer to purchase the
		£250 worth of Advertisements already secured
		by him for Season 1936-7, for £83.6.8; that we
		give him £66.13.4 as an ex-gratia payment, &
		that we deduct therefrom the sum of £50, being the amount
		of his outstanding Liabiability to the Company.
